Belvedere Tiburon condominium Interior Design was done for an Olympic skater living in Austria, while the one bedroom unit was remodeled in full.

We entirely gutted down the apartment, subsequently we made structural and mechanical updates, while we also installed all new finishes and builtins.

After six months, when the clients returned, the space was totally new, we had accomplished our goal. As a result together with the clients we went shopping for all new furniture.

Project description.

Almost all if not all the back wall is mirrored to reflect the Bay Views and enlarge the small spaces, even the kitchen window facing the garage, now reflect the water view.

The Bathroom mirror was so large it had to be introduced in between the wall studs, before the sheetrock was installed.

In the Living room a Mint leather loveseat with white contrasting welt and Italian travertine coffee table, and custom furniture.

A Meiji period Silver screen tarnished over 200 years, therefore now looks gold and also serves as the living area backdrop.

An open home office with a new wood fireplace includes a new concealed wet bar which stays closed for month at a time. The vaulted ceiling bath includes hot towel dryer, electrified makeup mirror, and wall attached hair dryer, as well as his and her sinks.

Built-in cabinets were added at the Bar, bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen, so storage wouldn’t be an issue.

It’s a pleasure to be able to travel carrying very little having everything there ready for you, so we incorporated even a wall attached hair dryer. As a result they no longer carry theirs.
