First of all it is hard to work for an Entertainment star, their time is very limited and they travel a lot, and you either follow them or meet them at the site at the spare of the moment, which means you need your own private jet too.

In the end we were so close they gave me my own set of keys and asked me to stay there when ever I was in town, certainly an honor and a luxury.

We were first invited to do the Interior Design, for this Los Cabos Beach home, then to do new Architectural remodeling, vanishing edge pool, additions, and a street entrance. We converted an existing structure into an inviting beach home with an Hacienda Style. We redecorated few years later, fabrics, upgrades and beautiful details.

Project Description.

We designed and built first of all a new retaining wall while consequently also a new vanishing edge pool. Also a Jet Ski launch room. We even more extended the home to include a separate and second Master Bedroom suite.

• Electric substation and a generator to power the home 100%
• Solid limestone columns.
•  Automation and motorization was provided for all systems including shades, full power and purified water system was also incorporated.
• Antique Bronzed bath and kitchen fittings.
