Waterfront Villa Habana. The Villa is located in Isla Dorada, Cancun Hotel Zone, MX. It is adjacent and a smaller sibling to Villa Arcadia which is on a Double lot and was deigned and built a few years before. Waterfront VillaHabana is a 4 level structure, the lower ground floor is mechanical and storage only.

Conceptually it was designed to house 8,000 square feet, while making the structure look like a two story only rather than 4, for Code and requirements of the project. As a result the neighbors are happy and the client got the rooms he needed.

Villa Habana on the Lagoon, is a simple symmetrical Palladian Villa Architecture. We did not complete the Interiors as the owner was moving in previous home pieces we did for him and his family too.

  • Main Suite, 2 junior suites and 1 guest bedrooms

Project Description

Villa Habana on the Lagoon was designed to look smaller than the 8,000 sq ft it houses. The lower ground floor provides for mechanical, water storage and service facilities while it raises the ground floor for better first entry view impact. Villa Habana on the Lagoon. Sits next to its sibling Villa Arcadia which we designed a few year before and is a double lot so exactly the opposite in project density.
