Waterfront Townhouse.

We had ordered most of the FF&E for the Penthouse and were almost completed on the Interop Design of the Penthouse, before the owner bought the ground floor as well. Finally he told us he would like us to convert the two units into a Townhouse. Certainly fun to redesign while more time consuming, a nicer Waterfront Townhouse project.

Waterfront Townhouse Interior Design and Architectural Remodel. Most noteworthy is a new two level or spli level Foyer with a balcony. It is certainly dramatic and a new architectural addition with two level columns, in solid local limestone. Floor recessed up-lighting and also a Orbit chandelier compliment the foyer lighting. Above all it gives a sense of grandness to the entrance while keeping a minimalist and regional look in the Waterfront Townhouse.. Because of Glass floor stair landings, visual communication and light transmission are achieved, while also increasing drama. Rojo Alicante marble is used in Kitchen and bath countertops, which certainly works well with this mediterranean look. In the master bedroom terrace, the former penthouse living room, we designed a vanishing edge Spa pool. You walk around it and also around a tree. Certainly seems like you are in a garden, finally you step down into the pool. Probably the size of a small pool, the spa almost allows swimming in it as well. In one of the guest bedrooms the ceiling is vaulted as a result almost providing an Hacienda look. Arches in other areas are inspired from the Mexican Haciendas of the Yucatan Peninsula.

While some of the furniture is local, such as wicker chairs, certainly others are not. Such as the elliptical floating bar by Century Furniture. Certainly most noteworthy are fabrics from Paris.
