The Home rooms designs project included exterior and Interior Design.
Home Rooms Designs Catemaco Veracruz Mexico. Located at a 10 acre property estate on the Catemaco Lagoon waterfront in Veracruz, Mexico. We worked on this project as the second project for a repeat client. The Architecture is a 1970’s modern layout based on an unusual hexagonal floor plan. While it had some recent interior work done before as well. The estate included swimming pool, tennis court and boat dock, and is surrounded by a Cigar Tobacco growing jungle.
We did the motor court, also a fountain and porch glass canopy entrance and modified the entrances to the house. In the interiors we designed the Foyer, the dining room and the Master Bedroom and Bath, as well as most of the bathrooms in the house. While for other rooms complementary furniture and accessories. The dining room had direct access to the motor court, while the kitchen didn’t. So we modified the layout and simultaneously rounded the dining room wall.
Rain is very heavy in the area and we provided the entrances with an extended Glass Canopy. While it sits on Crema Maya Columns and has a pediment with an Oculus. A parapet was designed to sit on top of the glass and Faux or hint only so you could see through though in classic lines and shapes.
