I met the owners for the first time on the site, invited by an old friend. Later presented theme the project at their Florida home, we met for the third time at the opening party. We enjoy the freedom and responsibility involved in Turnkey jobs. This was our first job for a family who became repeat clients.

Project description.

The entrance is through a pair of Antique Mexican doors purchased in L.A.  While it offered no view but that of a mechanical closet, so we did a Trompe-l’oeil Mural over the closet doors and designed the mural to depict the view, so you would virtually have a view upon entering.

The family room is small but has a great view and it extends to the hallway wet bar and counter and a Vicente Rojo Pyramids painting. Behind the sectional sits a Glass Bar with a glass countertop and an Ocean view, and wicker and rattan bar stools.

The round dining glass top table faces an angled wall which we mirrored so the guests facing the mirror would enjoy the view too. Classic rattan table base by McGuire. Morelia Region hand carved columns on both ends of the mirror, and a swag fabric on top.

For the bedrooms stair landing we created a bench covered in limestone and backed with glass railing. Blue vaulted ceiling with sheer pocket.

The Pink Master bedroom’s headboard angled for better view. Antique Mexican screen sits behind wicker chaise. Wicker loveseat and bed ottomans. The soft Caribbean shades of Pink, peach and blue were used throughout.
