Architecture & Interior Design. Our services were Design-Build, including Architecture and General Contracting. 15,000 sq. ft., 4 level home features a 3-story glass covered atrium. Terraced to the ocean side, mirrored back walls reflect the water. Palladian style street elevation has seamless butt tempered glass. Upper level to Roof Garden Glass stairway. Metal structured glass floor stairs and landings. Lantern in the middle. Faux finish in stair beams and porthole windows. Dining Room: Angled table with racetrack shape and twisted leg. Wood Chandelier. Glass stabilizer pointing the way to Loggia. Glass stairway looking down to Atrium. Marble inlays.
